This so perfect for anyone who believes in HAES (Health At Every Size). This is the reason that gets me through the bad days and keeps my from going back to hating my body. Our bodies do so much for us, endure a lot for us, take every beating we give it (like lack of sleep), and yet as a society we have been taught to repay it by always saying that it doesn’t do anything for us, or not enough.
